Why This Role Matters
We need a partner who will orchestrate our India operations—ensuring clear tasks and deliverables, building management layers, and driving AI adoption to streamline day-to-day work. Your job is to bridge technical and business objectives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and scale new ideas, all with a heavy emphasis on AI automation.
Key Responsibilities
Task Management & Team Coordination
- Assign and track tasks across development, HR, finance, and future sales support teams—making sure everyone knows what to do and when to do it.
- Use AI-driven tools (e.g., workflow automation, voice interfaces, or chatbots) to minimize manual oversight and maintain real-time visibility on progress.
- Continuously refine processes to reduce inefficiencies and maintain accountability in a multi-project environment.
Building a Management Structure
- Design and implement a scalable organizational framework—introducing team leads or coordinators as needed to oversee key functions.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting structures, and communication cadences that institutionalize best practices.
- Mentor rising leaders within the team, ensuring each functional area has competent, AI-savvy oversight.
AI-Driven Process & Workflow Automation
- Champion AI adoption across all departments, whether it’s project management, coding, HR tasks, or sales outreach—aiming for 80–90% automation of routine activities.
- Integrate AI agents, code assistants, and other emerging tools to enhance team efficiency (e.g., virtual developers, voice-based customer interactions, automated ticket creation).
- Train and empower team members to fully utilize AI capabilities in their roles.
Sales Support & Organizational Expansion
- Lead the setup of a sales support organization in India: implement AI-based CRM systems, automate lead follow-ups, and generate client-ready reports.
- Evaluate opportunities for additional office space, vendor partnerships, or infrastructure upgrades to support organizational growth.
- Ensure new business lines—like marketing AI tools, new startup concepts, or specialized support services—are operationalized effectively.
Strategic Business Growth & New Ventures
- Partner with top leadership to brainstorm, plan, and launch new ventures or products—coordinating resources, setting timelines, and monitoring KPIs.
- Manage pilot programs for emerging startup ideas, using fast feedback loops and AI analytics to validate market potential.
- Contribute to broader strategic decisions (e.g., identifying new revenue streams, prioritizing R&D) based on practical insights from on-the-ground operations.
Cross-Functional Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the key liaison between India-based teams and global leadership—providing concise, data-driven updates on milestones, risks, and successes.
- Use AI-enabled dashboards and reporting tools to visualize progress, forecast potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain clear, respectful communication channels across cultures, time zones, and functional areas.
