Below is a detailed description of the project requirements: Project Overview: The chatbot, embedded on our landing pages, will interact with users to collect, analyze, and structure case-related information. The chatbot must perform the following key functions: 1. Backend Functionality: • Simple backend interface to: • Display a list of incoming case files. • Assign statuses (e.g., “For Review,” “Active”). • Review user-provided information easily. 4.
