I am looking for a designer to redesign my letter of agreement/outline of services for my interior design company. This position will lead to further work as needed. right now I am looking for someone to create a design that is eye catching and professional for high end clients. If you are familiar with dubsado, I am looking for something similar in design to what they do for their contracts. I will also attach an image below to an example of what I would like the contract to look like. The biggest design aspect about this is the outline of services. please integrate the text into your design, or you will not be chosen for a winner.

Example 4 - contract attached image is the look we are going for. please implement your own spin on this design, and do not merely copy the design. Please incorporate some aspect of interior design, preferably bathroom and kitchen design.

example 3- this image is an example of a style gyide. your job is to create a template for the designer to share their own pallete and images with the client for their design proposal

example 1 & 2 are simply format examples for you to look at and use as a design inspiration.

THE CLEAR LOGO NEEDS TO BE IMPLEMENTED INTO THE DESIGN AS THAT IS THE COMPANY LOGO.

Again. please do not simply copy the examples, they are here as stylistic guides for you to interpret and show your design skills.

Outline of services:

Prima Design Package
Information Conduct Gathering
Measure and photograph the existing space
a needs & wants assessment survey for the project
Review client inspiration images (Houzz, Pinterest, tear sheets, etc.)
Establish investment figure for products that can support the project
Establish functional and aesthetic goals for the project
Meet with client and general contractor/s for preliminary site assessment to determine feasibility and estimates
Provide 1 to 2 design directions for the project
Present design directions in the form of floorplans and black lined 3-D perspectives

Aurora Design package
Design Development
Schedule key supplier showroom visits to finalize product selections with client
8-10 hours devoted to this portion of the contract
Final product quotations to be approved and deposits paid by client
Solicit preliminary estimates for key products to confirm investment figure
Cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, countertop, flooring, tile
Confirm final design for the project
Develop final design drawings
Scaled floorplan
Scaled elevations
Mechanical and electrical plan
Black lined 3D perspectives showing different angles of the space
One colored 3D perspective to confirm finish direction

Revisions at this point will be invoiced accordingly
Develop specification document of final products to be included in the project

Site Visits - approximately 13 visits at 2 hours each or once a week
Site Measure
To capture measurements and pictures of the existing space
Interview contractors
Gather contractors estimates while confirming feasibility of project
Pre-Construction Meeting with Contractor
To review the design binder
Demolition
To assess the space for any design modifications needed based on site conditions
Back Framing
To visually confirm framing complies with design vision
Electrical and Plumbing Rough-in
To visually confirm plumbing and electrical placement complies with design vision
Cabinet Install
To review cabinet inventory and review installation of cabinetry with cabinet installer
Cabinet substantial completion install
To visually confirm cabinet installation complies with design vision
Appliance and plumbing delivery/installation
To review plumbing and appliance inventory and visually confirm installation of these products complies with design vision
Punch list walk through
Walk the project with the client to develop the final completion punch list
Completion signoff
A final site visit to confirm completion of the project
Additional Site Visits
2 additional site visits have been allocated to the project to be initiated by the homeowner, contractor, or designer to address any design related items at the project site

Additional Services
Review contractor contract with homeowner before signature
Client to hire contractor directly

Administration – email, phone calls and text messages with client/contractor and vendors during normal business hours
