I need a skilled logo designer for a new Non-Profit education organisation, the 'Paeaneer Foundation'.
The foundation name is a play on the name "Paea" and a play on the word "pioneer."

3 Key elements:
1. **"P" Icon Design**: The logo should feature a distinct "P" icon. Potentially the P could double as the logo/icon that is integrated into the word Paeaneer.
2. **Paeaneer Word Design**: The word "Paeaneer" should be creatively integrated into the design. 'Paeaneer' could be a different design from 'Foundation'
3. **Paeaneer Foundation Name**: The full name of the foundation should be incorporated in a way that complements the overall logo. The word 'Foundation' doesn't have to have a specific design and could be just another font that goes well with the 'Paeaneer' design element.

I'm not keen on a "western pioneer" design as we are based in New Zealand and usually work with Maori, Polynesians, Pacific Islanders etc.
If you want to incorporate pacific design elements you may attempt to do so, but it is likely you won't understand the meaning/context of those elements.

So the logo could be three parts, the "P" icon design, the Paeaneer word design, and then the full name of Paeaneer Foundation.

**Design Style**: Bold, vibrant, Distinct. The logo should stand out and convey the foundation's commitment to moving forward, making progress, learning etc. It should not be too complicated.

**Color Scheme**: Black and white. This color palette is preferred for the logo with the option to changing it to other solid colours. I am open to other ideas.

**Intended Use**: The logo will be utilized across various platforms, including digital platforms (websites, social media, emails), print materials (brochures, business cards, banners), and merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, stickers).

Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in logo design, particularly with a focus on bold and vibrant aesthetics
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms (digital, print, merchandise)
- A creative approach to incorporating the different elements of the foundation into a cohesive design.

The successful freelancer will be able to create a unique, attractive, and versatile logo that embodies the essence of the Paeaneer Foundation.

The purpose of the organisation is to educate and support awareness in a specific.
- Youth truancy, youth & young adult crime, vulnerable/ at-risk youth & young adults not currently in education, employment or training;
- Illiteracy and access to alternative education
- Mental health (including suicide and depression); and
- Poverty and its effects on young people, particularly affecting youth & young adults in South Auckland.

The activities of this charity are:
- public education targeting at-risk youth & young adults;
- programmes for psychological wellbeing/leadership, mentorship and education;
- providing a community centre for vulnerable/ at-risk youth & young adults;
- educating public awareness and appreciation of traditional Pacific cultural practices such as wood-carving and waka/vaka/canoe carving by displaying this art, running workshops, participating in related festivals and training related to these types of practices ;

    Hi, finally you have chosen a logo. Congratulations.
    I was very enthusiastic when I thought about this idea for your company. The logo that I made prioritizes the simplicity of a logo but has a strong value in it, because that's usually what companies like, simple and the rights are theirs when buying. Even so, of course I made it with deep thought and your direction. It turns out I failed here, it turns out you like complicated and detailed things when it comes to logos. Too bad I didn't catch your thoughts.

    Thank-you all for the million entries. I saw for some there was lots of hard work put in and I appreaciate that.
    Apologies for the delays in selecting a winner. Very difficult to choose, but I have chosen a design I can work with.
    A few good ideas, many terrible AI ones that did not follow the brief at all :D
    As a suggestion please try and stick to the brief, or ask for more clarification on what is wanted. 100 queries of "Is this what you want?" is not helpful. I don't know what I want until I see it.
