I'm seeking a playful and colorful design for the front page of a brochure focused on children in Prague. The design should utilize pastel colors and prominently feature illustrations and graphics.

Dimension is 99 mm width x 210 mm tall

Important: in the top right corner should be czech, english, german and polish flags (small)

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in designing playful, colorful, and child-friendly visuals
- Proficiency in using pastel colors effectively
- Strong skills in creating and integrating illustrations and graphics into designs
