arhamcreation18 remained professional throughout this job, but overall, I am not satisfied with the end result. At this point, I cannot use my website for the intent and purpose in which it is supposed to be used. I sent a 27-page Word document with ALL details for the job before the bid was placed and accepted, so EVERY detail was known ahead of time. I feel 90% of those instructions were not even read, as there were times I would be told that doing something I corrected him on would be "a new job." I had to keep quoting a lot of my instructions in my original document when something was not correct in his work. I had also hoped that the 2-month deadline would be adequate, but it has been 8 months now - and my website does not function the way it should (95% of my customers cannot even add items to their shopping cart now). I will have to hire someone else to fix the remaining issues.
