Company/business Directory Database - Scraped Data List

I need a recently scraped up to date database of all the businesses in the US with the following fields: Business name Contact Person Contact Title Number of Employees Annual Revenue Industry Sub Industry SIC Code There are several public websites that have this data. I'm looking for someone who has recently scraped this data or knows where to get it and can scrape it again. There is for the entire United States so the database should be in the millions. The format for the list is not important, the quality of the data. The fields above are required but I am interested in other fields as well. I will need to know your sources and a way to verify the data you are pulling/have is up-to-date. Please send me a note and tell me what you can do/have to offer.
