Ticketing Website for Local Restaurants

I'm looking for a professional web & mobile app developer to create a unique website where customers can buy tickets for events at local restaurants, depending on their zip code and a daily theme

Each customer has a unique number assigned on their ticket that’s shared with the daily restaurant vendors, and linked to their vote. Account is suspended if number isn’t tied to a vote after time-frame

Daily theme can be set for the entire year up-front per day, that switches out at midnight per time zone of each zip code (or all EST if easier)

25% of ticket costs will go to charity. I can manage this with personal user, or a separate percentage can be automatically set up for charity account.

Key Features:

- Payment system: The website needs an integrated, secure payment system for ticket purchases.

- User Registration: Both customers and vendors (restaurants in this case) should be able to sign up on the platform.

- Geo-targeting: The website should be able to filter events based on the user's zip code.

- Daily Themes: The site should cater to different themes each day, adding an element of surprise and excitement.

- Include a review system where customers can rate and review events and restaurants.
