edit 1 page of notes into paragraph

Hi! I have 1 page of notes about a japanese practice that I want someone to condense and write a paragraph about as it pertains to my belief that we eat too much. Its for my website to share with my patients that they need to practice mindful/slow eating and let the hormone LEPTIN send a signal from your fat cells to your brain to tell your body when you're full and to stop eating. The japanese call it Hara Hachi Bu. The only problem is I need asap as were launching new website tomorrow, etc. Does anyone have any time today? I will definitely pay for rush!
