Qualtrics Survey Creation

I need a skilled professional to create a quantitative-focused survey on Qualtrics for academic research purposes. The survey will be distributed to prolific participants on Prolific.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in designing surveys on Qualtrics
- Experience in crafting surveys for Prolific participants
- Knowledge of randomization and data input functions in Qualtrics
The survey requires pulling data from an excel spreadsheet and using it as input for respondents: the survey includes a list of names that the respondents need to google and copy paste information into a free text (the attached excel spreadsheet provides a templte). Each respondent should be presented with only a portion of the data (e.g. the first 50 entries) but there should be a small amount of overlap, such that each name is presented to at least two participants. The attached document has all the copy needed for the survey - what I need is someone to code it and share with me the QSF version.
The ideal freelancer for this project should be able to create an engaging and effective survey that will yield high-quality quantitative data for my research.
