Virtual Summit on Eye Health - VA Needed

I am organizing a virtual online summit focused on eye health and I need a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me run it smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Attendee Communications: This will primarily be through email, so excellent written communication skills and proficiency in email management is a must.
- Technical Support During The Event: This includes live troubleshooting, platform setup and monitoring, and recording and streaming sessions.
- Affiliate Management: Keeping track of our affiliates and ensuring they are informed and engaged.
- Handling the registration process including setting up registration pages, managing attendee lists, and sending confirmation emails.
- Promoting the summit on various social media platforms and engaging with attendees and interested parties through social channels.
- Organizing and sending follow-up emails to attendees, including thank-yous, surveys, and information about future events.
- Managing relationships with event sponsors, including ensuring that sponsorship deliverables are met and providing them with necessary information.
- Overseeing all logistical details of the virtual summit, including scheduling, platform integration, and resource allocation.
- Creating and curating content for event promotion, attendee engagement, and follow-up, including blog posts and newsletters.
- Facilitating opportunities for networking among attendees, such as virtual breakout rooms and interactive sessions.
- Analyzing event data and metrics to provide insights on attendee engagement, session popularity, and overall event success.
- Creating comprehensive documentation of the event process, including a post-event report with key takeaways and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing virtual events, particularly summits, and have a good understanding of technical requirements for live events. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills will be key to handling the fast-paced nature of this event.
