I am looking for a skilled developer who specialises in using Bubble to create a web app, Rails would be a great option too if available. The platform requires to be low code and build a minimum viable product (MVP) that streamlines the onboarding process for tutoring businesses. Key Features Include: - A functional calendar: This needs to be neat, easy-to-use and for both client and staff access. This should show the time zone of the person using it and allow clients and staff to book tutoring appointments, discovery call etc. - Integration with invoicing: This feature requires linking to our existing platform (Xero) to promote smooth financial transactions. You will ensure that both staff and clients can interact with this feature seamlessly. - Automated emails: Prepared for automated responses and follow-ups, emails with forms will be sent both to staff and clients that links to automated emails (with forms that collect all details for enrolment forms, share the cancellation policy and get parents to tick that they agree). Then automated reminder email to go to parent and staff member. The ideal freelancer for this job should have: - Proven experience in Bubble and Xero integrations, Rails would be a bonus - Strong background in building web apps to streamline onboarding processes (with examples to show) - Understanding of automated email platforms and the process - The ability to work to a deadline, being responsible, and communicate well Deliver quality, deliver on time, and maintain open communication are my main expectations of the freelancer handling this project. This needs to be integrated with Stripe so that tutoring businesses and solo-entrepreneurs could pay for subscription service to the web app. Use of Bubble and full hand over of web app upon completion for internal team to manage.

Hi, Nick, How are you? Instead of bubble, I would like to suggest to use Rails or some other web development frameworks. I have ever created projects with bubble and we could launch project quickly as that is no code platform. But when we dig into project for better customization, still bubble has some difficulties to customize, and we should have to recreate project from scratch. As our current timeline is enough, I would like to suggest to start with Rails or something else. Please let me know what you think. BestRegards
