Support for email, social login (Google, Facebook), and phone-based verification.
Product Listings:
Ability for users to create listings with photos, descriptions, pricing, and categories.
Edit, delete, and manage their ads from a personal dashboard.
Search & Filters:
Advanced search functionality with filters like price range, categories, location, and condition (new/used).
In-App Messaging:
Secure, real-time chat system for buyers and sellers to negotiate.
Payment Integration (Optional):
Support for popular gateways like PayPal, Stripe, or localized solutions for safe transactions.
Geo-Based Search:
Integration of maps or GPS for users to find nearby listings.
Ad Promotion:
Allow sellers to promote listings via paid advertisements for better visibility.
Admin Panel:
A web-based backend dashboard for managing user activity, approving listings, and monitoring transactions.
Shipping (Optional):
Partnership or integration with courier services for item delivery.
Technical Expectations:
Frontend: Flutter or React Native (cross-platform for iOS and Android).
Backend: Django/Node.js (or other scalable backend solutions).
Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
Hosting: AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent.
Deliverables:
