For this work, I am seeking a capable home architect to provide an detail level rendering of a home I plan to build. The rendering should include:

1. Home Design Style:
The home should reflect a mountain Scandinavian style. This combines the mountain home style of the Black Hills with the clean lines and minimalist aesthetic of Scandinavian design. Will provide inspiration photos. The Black Hills of South Dakota get significant variations in weather, including material snow in the winter; thus, this should be considered as part of design.

2. Purpose of Rendering:
The visualization will be used to engage a general contractor and ultimately aid in securing building permits. Therefore, accuracy and detail in reflecting the design are vital.

3. Detail Requirement:
The project requires a level of creativity and detail, which means apart from the overall structure and layout; the render should include basic interior décor for room flow (will provide details on desires)

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proficient in 3D modelling and rendering tools.
- Experience in creating floor plans.
- Knowledge of Residential design, specifically Scandinavian style architecture.
- Ability to work with reference photos and outlined guidelines for design
- Understanding of building permit visualization requirements.
- Creative ideas welcome

We are looking for an 1800 sq ft home connected to a garage (not included in the 1800 sq ft) via a breezeway or mudroom. The garage should have 2-3 bays (with a maximum of 2 doors) and an upper space for an office, bedroom, or ADU.

The garage/ADU should connect to the main house, which should include:

Bedrooms on opposite sides
A large master bathroom
An open floor plan with a large kitchen island, no dining area, and a larger living area separated by a fireplace or floating wall.
Additional features we desire:

High ceilings
Large windows for natural light
Maximized use of space with free-flowing rooms and no obstructions
Below are pictures of the property where the house will be built, inspirational photos of styles we like, and a desirable floor plan.

Lot is 47 feet wide to the base of the hill in width. If we took the hill back a bit, we could add another ten feet easily. The length of the lot has to be 400 to 500 feet
We like the garage (black) that is posted in the attached files - we would like to mirror that style to the main house (similar design) connected via an enclosed entry way (breezeway and or mudroom). The roof lines should be the same height.

Do not send stock photos or anything other than what we are asking for - it will be rejected. Additionally photos of the land are provided for you to put your work within the foot print of our land.

The winner should be able to elaborate on the plans to create a formal blueprint and detailed home building plan.
