I was an IT intern at Diversey where my duties included supporting users on technical through phone, email, chat and online collaboration tools such as LANDesk remote control. I was also coordinating purchases and receipt of computer supplies. other than that, I kept record of IT inventory through BMC Remedy Asset register I also gained experience during my attachment period at the ministry of Labour as an IT attaché where my duties included system maintenance, network maintenance and technical support.
