I'm seeking cold callers and closers for my lead generation agency targeting kitchen and bathroom renovators in Australia and England. Cold Callers: - Make at least 200 outbound calls a day - Book meetings for the closer's calendar - Outbound leads and script provided - Earn $300 for every qualified booked meeting - Update lead status in CRM after each interaction to keep track of progress. - Send follow-up emails to leads who could not be immediately reached via call. - Schedule follow-up reminders for leads that requested call backs or further information. - Suggest adjustments to call scripts based on lead interactions for improved effectiveness. Closers: - Get on Zoom calls with clients to close deals - Earn $500 for every closed deal - Strong persuasion skills and Zoom experience required - Proven sales track record is a plus Commission-based payment: Cold Callers and Closers are solely paid on commission, with payouts made at the end of each month. Prior to starting, free training will be provided. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates will use CRM software provided by the agency. Working hours will be flexible to accommodate different time zones. Access to additional training resources will be provided to support ongoing development. The candidates will be using Salesforce CRM software. The free training will last 1 week. By the end of the training period, candidates should have mastered the necessary skills. The expected duration of engagement is 6-12 months. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to ensure continuous improvement and support. The primary goal is to generate leads with cold calling and closing efforts. Candidates must have fluent English proficiency. Preference given to candidates with lead generation industry experience. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients. Each Cold Caller must achieve at least 10 qualified meetings per week, and Closers must close at least 5 deals per month. Performance will be managed and tracked via a Salesforce Dashboard. The primary targets are small businesses specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. Candidates must provide their own equipment and tools, including a reliable phone and computer. Follow-up on leads will be managed through an automated system. Candidates should prioritize availability during Australian business hours.
