Hello,
i have made a metal coupler for a tube, which needs to be analyzed.
Test standard ISO 4210 frame fatigue and impact test.
Raise the ceiling by 10%.
I would recommend the material of the coupler choose 316L, the rest of the tubes choose 17-4PH or XCR，4 of the titanium M6 bolts choose the Gr5 titanium.
Regarding impact test:
300mm height, HT 10kg, BB 50kg, ST 30kg, twice, deformation >> 15mm
