I am planning to build a house in a village in Southern Greece. The floor plans which were drawn up on Autocad2024 by the engineer and the DWG files are attached. The house is 2 storey plus a roof top and will build from reinforced concrete slabs and columns - filled in with bricks and rendered finish. The internal partitions are intended be timber frames with plaster board and filled in with insulation. Cooling/heating will be by reverse cycle split units. Hot water will solar o the roof. The floors will be polished concrete (proposed). South and north internal walls are also intended to be a smooth concrete finish. White or off-white render will be applied to front with some grey accents. The window/door frames at front are intended to be blue with external Greek island style) shutters where appropriate. The renders to the rear and sides is intended to be grey tones. The car park will sit just above street level (about 30 mm) and house will be approx 200 mm above the car park - approx 1 step. I wish to make changes - as supplied - to the floor plans and to make look and feel tidier. The changes need to made to the DWG files so I can also send to the engineer. The house is joined to other houses (up to about half way down) on left and south boundaries. The land is approx 195 sq meters and falls approx 2 meters from front to rear of the new house. There is also a store room (not shown) - which sits underneath the bedroom at the rear of the ground floor. Entrance to the store room will be from rear yard with the door below the rear bedroom window. The entrance to the house will be glass panels enclosed in an aluminium frame - yet to be designed. The front door opening will approx 1400 mm split between a 900 mm door plus a remaining panel to be opened when required. Glass panels with aluminium frame will also be used on 1st floor for light. A light well will also be required for the internal bedroom on the first floor (not shown). Glass panels with aluminium framing will also be used to surround the lift and stairwell enclosure on the roof top - for day light. A pergola for the roof top also needs to be designed. I need a quote for the work as described and also a request a separate quote for a 3D animation of the proposed house. Also the quote should include how many corrections/changes are allowed and quote for any extra correction/changes if required.
