Wordpress Popup Plugin

I have a modified wordpress popup plugin that still needs a couple of items fixed. 1). I need to add the wordpress post loop to my popup message so that it can process the shortcode needed. 2). I need to also get the php snippet to popup a separate template when manually added. I have everything installed and working and have detailed instructions/screenshots etc. and the only requirement is that this is taken care of asap today because I am behind schedule from waiting on another programmer that has delayed me for 3 days already and my client needed to have this working yesterday. I also prefer that you speak fluent english and can use skype to communicate. I'm not interested in dealing with a project manager so do not bother responding if you are not the one who will be doing the code.
