PHP developers with JS skills

I have 3-4 project which need PHP developers. I'm interested in developers who: 1) Are individuals 2) Have at least 5 years of experience 3) Can work independently without needing to be spoon fed (If you don't know how to use basic tools like FTP, Git or can't troubleshoot code, don't apply) 4) Should be able to work with readily available code base to expand the features available. If you're looking to work at a reasonable rate for a long-term relationship, do apply. If you're looking to make some quick money just for a day, this won't work for you.
