Hello, I'm looking for website development for a Real Estate website.
Map search (draw unique area(s))
Heat map for multiple listings in one area
Flood map layer if possible (need to find this data somewhere)
Option to list general area on map not exact address for properties
Search any attribute of listings
abillity to add as many listing attributes and categories and criteria as I want
Option for list view and map view after search
Map view of listings and able to click on them and open the listing/property page
have the ability to type in the dollar amount in search not just a drop down selection
Membership option for pay
Free membership
Save searches to profile and the member can name their searches (from member sign up)
Updates sent via email (with website branding) when prices change and or new listings that match saved searches
members can choose to hide or highlight listings (hide or make favourites)
Have a favourites list
Capture leads details pop up for visitors (membership pop up)
record of listings they have viewed (history for members)
Membership sign ups have auto entry to CRM
Auto sign in and sign up with social media accounts and Google
Have a map that shows the different areas
Good SEO optimization
Ability for visitors and members to send to friends via email or social media and the ability to share on their own social media accounts
Upload XML data
VERY mobile friendly with all features available via mobile devices
Ability for me the website owner to navigate the backend and enter listings and details and other information generally found on real estate websites
Also it will need to be able to be translated into many languages (mostly European languages)
Listings would come from manual entry and xml and possibly csv and xls and kml
Website to mobile chat for website visitors to contact me via chat
Ideally some training on how to use the backend of the website to administrate it going forward…
