Hola buenas tardes, Soy luis sepulveda. trabajo en una empresa de desarrollo de software especialmente en el area de IOT. respecto a el requerimento, he trabajado con el ESP32 en sus diferentes versiones, Lonin32, TTGO sim800l, TTGO sim7600 todos programados en Arduino(cuento con la herramenta adecuada para el desarrollo y test del fimware). respecto al mqtt tengo mi propio broker en servidores externos y manejo las librerias en python(paho-mqtt) y en php(php-mqtt/client) esto para poder recbir o enviar la informacion desde el backend. tengo habilidades para el manejo de datos con mysql, pero si esta abierto a posibilidades podemos ensayar con influxbd para el almacenamiento de la informacion. Ya para todo el tema de front, lo hacemos a tu gusto! Ecribeme, tengo varios proyectos con ESP32/MQTT que quiza pueden ser similares en estructura y podemos avanzar mas rapido saludos!
