I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a comprehensive Reverse Auction site tailored for users in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Key Features:
- Fully mobile responsive design.
- Listings should be sortable by Zip/Post Code and linked to Google Maps.
- A sophisticated database for Buyers and Sellers, linked to a drop-down menu with 12 variables.
- Integrated CRM facility to dispatch push notifications or email reminders.
- Secure check-out facility that accommodates Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and BNPL options (Affirm, Klarna, Zip, Afterpay).
- Implement both 'Buy it Now' and traditional auction facilities.
- Allow buyers to list budgets to receive offers from sellers.
- Automatic calculation of establishment costs based on buyer's selection from the drop-down menu.
- Ability to list product sizes from a drop-down menu, sorted by Manufacturer, Model, Variable (12 Types), and Quantity of Each Type.
- Notifications via email to auction hosts upon the finalization of each auction.
- The home page will require Gif Banners
User Roles:
- The system will cater to three user roles: Admin, Buyer, and Seller.
User Registration:
- All users will register on the site using their Email and Password.
Auction Types:
- The platform will exclusively support reverse auction types.
I will be hosting the back end so needs to be user friendly
