Hi there,
We are at a pivotal stage with our startup in the residential construction space. Over the past seven years, we’ve been developing a precision component-based approach to custom housing, addressing many of the challenges I encountered while working in traditional custom homebuilding.
Previously, I ran [login to view URL], where we built some fantastic homes and had great opportunities. Through that experience, I gained valuable insights into how this industry needs to evolve, which has directly shaped our current approach.
So far, we’ve successfully secured approximately $500K in grants and support. However, we believe there’s significantly more funding and opportunities available for us and the broader sector right now. The challenge is that we lack the resources and expertise to effectively identify and pursue them.
