Event and Marketing Assistant (French and English)

For our client we are looking for a freelancer who can take on the following position in marketing and event management. Timeframe: August 2024 - 20 hours / week September 2024 to July 2025 - 38.5 hours / week Vacation days after negotiation The position can be filled remotely. On-site presence is only required for some major events. Travel expenses within France will be covered. We are looking for French mother tongue or business fluent and English business fluent. As Marketing Manager for France, you will be part of the Field Marketing Team Europe based in Munich. You will be responsible for the localization and execution of existing campaigns as well as the development of new solution-oriented regional campaigns for the Enterprise Business. You will use online tools, events and other marketing instruments and interact with partners. You will also ensure strategic alignment with the company's field marketing plan. In this role, you will work closely with Direct Sales, Partner Sales, Product Marketing and Enterprise Marketing to ensure that campaigns are perfectly integrated and continuously aligned with the company's strategy. Your tasks: - The planning, development and execution of regional activities based on sales priorities and go-to-market strategies. - Creative development throughout the campaign lifecycle, working closely with the campaign team in the US/EMEA - Work with the account development team to evaluate campaign results and ensure maximum return on investment. - Develop and implement partner activities into existing campaigns - Analyzing marketing campaign performance and optimizing results based on KPIs - Review and provide metrics to ensure all campaigns are implemented correctly, run profitably and trends are measurable across the campaign.
