I believe you are looking at Salesforce for the CRM, but I would like to suggest some other options. If you need a good solid CRM which is extensible, then we can go with SugarCRM. It is open source so you don't have to pay a penny to use it. Second is Insightly. It is paid but the price is cheaper than Salesforce. If you want integration with Google Apps then this is the way to go. Third is SuiteCRM. It is basically a fork of SugarCRM but with extra modules. Depending on your requirements, I can suggest the best fit. I do end-to-end implementation so once you tell me your requirements in details, I can formulate a project map. I can customize the CRM to fit your business needs and in essence tailor it for your organization. Since you don't know me and my quality of work, I'm willing to let go of any initial or upfront payment. I will complete the work and only when you are satisfied with the end product, you can pay me. That eliminates the biggest risk of outsourcing the work and then getting disappointed.
