*** What you will be doing ***
Our community is at the heart of what we do, and we put a colossal effort behind serving them as best we can. That’s why we’re looking for a Community Manager with an eye for detail, an empathic nature to help people and a natural drive for perfection to help us achieve our vision to become the best and most recognized design school on the planet.
You’ll assume the role of IxDF Local Group Community Manager and manage all the IxDF Local Group communities in 489 cities in 99 countries. For example:
- Support Local Leaders by answering their questions.
- Help find a new Local Leader when someone resigns.
- Nudge inactive Local Leaders to arrange meetings in their city.
- Moderate the discussion forum where Local Leaders and IxDF Members coordinate their meetings.
- Support the Country and Continent Managers.
