Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tech sector.
• Relationship Management: Engage with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and Tech Founders to promote our recruitment services.
• Sales Cycle Management: Handle the full sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Multi-Channel Outreach: Utilize video outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and cold calls to connect with potential clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction.
Compensation Models (Choose One):
• 35% commission on revenue up to $100,000 annually.
• 45% commission on revenue between $100,000 - $200,000 annually.
• 50% commission on revenue above $200,000 annually.
Example: A $100,000 placement at a 20% fee generates $20,000 as profit. You would earn $7,000 (35%) on this deal.
