Nursing Realities Vlog on Instagram

I'm a nursing graduate eager to share the real truths about the profession through engaging video content. The profession is so much harder than any placement or university actually let on. Often I felt like giving up, but found that other nurses experiences often helped me laugh and get back on with the job! Essentially, I want to encourage other people in their graduate year that it gets better and encourage them to keep going - Format: I need high-quality video content that can be edited into vlogs for Instagram. - Content: The videos should portray my personal journey and experiences in nursing, showcasing both the rewards and challenges of the profession. - Style: The vlogs should be relatable and down-to-earth, capturing the everyday realities of nursing in an accessible way. But also be lite hearted. I find that I am more encouraged in my job knowing that other people experience the same things, and find I laugh at my own experiences when others have also experience them - Purpose: The aim is to provide a genuine insight into nursing for prospective students, current nursing students, and the general public, all while building a following on Instagram. Ideal skills and experience for the job include: - Expertise in video production and editing, particularly for Instagram vlogs. - Strong understanding of the nursing profession. - Experience in creating engaging, relatable content. - Proficiency in social media strategy and audience engagement. The videos should be less than 5 minutes each.
