I'm in need of a responsive, modern and sleek website design for a comprehensive software directory "Fine My Software". This directory will include all types of software - open source, freemium, paid, etc. The software should be categorized by operating system, sources, prices, and other parameters.

Key Features:
- A user-friendly search by category function.
- A section for user reviews and ratings to engage our community and provide feedback on the software.
- A comparison tool to allow users to easily compare different software.

This website needs to be optimized for all devices, including Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong portfolio of similar work and be proficient in responsive design. Experience with creating software directory websites will be a plus.
