I am a developer since 2001, tens of real projects done successfully
Graduated from 5 years CS College & University, also finished two years diploma in computer science with a very good grade,
*Like to work on challenging projects
*Like to think and come up with ideas (Solutions), never give up
I take full responsibility for big projects, already having clients who give me the chance to build their business systems from scratch with continuous upgrades since 2005, from the US and UK
Also, I worked as a full-time developer and senior developer in MicroTech (CMI Level 3) and ITS (CMI Level 5)
Specialties include (but are not limited to):
*Python
*C, C++
*MQL4 and 5, cTrader and TradingView(pine) indicator, EAs, and cBots
*Office Development VBA, VSTO, JS, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script (GAS)
*Applescript and Automation
*C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET, MVC
*SQL, Access, and MySql
*Automation
*JavaScript
Expert as Office developer, since Office 97 up to Office 2016/365, using all technologies to develop Office solutions, VBA, VSTO, Javascript API, etc.
Since 2007 I am a full-time freelancer, so I am very ready, and you can count on me for full/part-time positions and for a long time,
Methodology:
I use Agile methodology in my projects so client will always be up-to-date with what is going on/project progress so in case he needs to change/add any requirements to the project this can be done easily during the process
How do I work:
How to make projects go smooth and successful:
Handle it in cycles of tasks; here are the steps for each process/cycle:
*Of course, you can start by providing all that you need (document/videos will be great as well), but this be separated into parts, for each part:
1. You request/describe a task
2. I confirm understanding, or we discussed tell we have the same understanding for your request
3. I develop/implement it
4. You test it and confirm it (I can do this myself upon your request)
Then we start the next cycle from #1 to 4 again
*You will find me trying to force this sequence all the time, I hope you understand that this is the best way to get things done, which leads to a successful project (my ultimate goal)
Mohamed promised he can do the job based on the task description. But after accepting it became clear he couldn't do the basics of the job, although it was written clearly on the description. I cancelled the milestone, but he got upset that he got charged a fee from freelancer platform. He wanted me to keep paying him, despite not being able to do the job. He
got very offensive and said he wished my project fails. Don't hire this guy! He'll over promise and doesn't deliver!
I had a very bad experience with this freelancer.
* I send him a spec and he confirms that he accepts.
* He sends me a screencast and requests payment. But the screencast clearly shows that what is asked in the spec is not implemented.
* I point that to him, so he works on it some more.
* Then he sends me some other screencasts. But he does not show some major bugs in those screencasts.
* I release the money, he sends me that buggy code.
Frankly i do not intend to use that code whatsoever.
It may be a challenging problem. a) do not accept. b) or, do not ask for the money if your code does not do the job.
