Help with setting up the Kommo CRM, integrating it with WooCommerce.
I have some specific questions, which are:
Our Needs:
1. WhatsApp Contact Management:
• We receive a high volume of messages, both from existing customers and from people interested in our products who have not yet made a purchase.
• When someone contacts us via WhatsApp, a lead is automatically created in Kommo with their phone number, but no additional data is associated with it.
2. Synchronization with WooCommerce:
• We sell through WooCommerce, where each order includes detailed information such as:
Order number
Product
Address
Phone number
Other relevant details
• This data is transferred to Google Sheets and then to Kommo, generating a new lead for each order.
3. Data Consolidation:
• We want all information related to the same customer (orders, contact details, etc.) to be unified under a single lead in Kommo, even if they make multiple purchases or contact us via WhatsApp.
Current Issues:
1. Lead Duplication:
When a customer interacts at different times, Kommo generates multiple leads instead of consolidating them:
• Day 1: The customer messages us on WhatsApp → Lead 1 is created with their phone number.
• Day 2: They make their first purchase on WooCommerce → Lead 2 is created with the order details.
• Day 3: They make a second purchase → Lead 3 is created with the new order.
This results in duplicates, making tracking and management more complicated.
2. Order Information Stored Separately:
Each order from the same customer appears as a separate lead, with no way to consolidate all the information into a single record. For example:
• Order 1: Bottle, order number 1021, address: Jaén.
• Order 2: Pacifier, order number 1022, address: Jaén.
Currently, we have no way to centralize this data under the same lead.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Avoiding Duplicates:
• If a customer already has a lead created in Kommo (from WhatsApp or a previous purchase), we want the new information (orders or interactions) to be added to the existing lead instead of creating a new one.
2. Consolidating Order Data:
• All orders from the same customer should be consolidated into a single lead, with a history that allows us to view the details of each purchase.
3. Maintaining Efficient Synchronization:
We currently use Google Sheets because it seemed like a good solution, but we are open to finding a better one. We are willing to explore alternative ways to connect WooCommerce orders to Kommo while eliminating duplication errors and data fragmentation.
