I'm seeking a professional to create an Excel sheet employing AI technology. This sheet should encapsulate data from all states, districts, towns, and cities. A critical portion of this data should include the number of currently operating restaurants in each district or town.
Key Requirements:
- Compile a comprehensive list containing restaurant names and addresses, the types of cuisine they serve, and their operating hours.
- Include a complete dataset of states, cities, and districts.
- Utilize AI technology to automatically gather this data.
Please note, I do not have a pre-existing source for the states, districts, towns, and cities data. Therefore, part of your task will be to identify and source this information.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and AI technology is a must.
- Experience in data collection and analysis is highly desirable.
- Ability to source information independently.

The final output should be in an Excel format. The final output should be tailored for market analysis purposes. You may choose any suitable AI tool for the data collection. Include contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses for each restaurant. The AI tool used for data collection will involve a general approach. This project will involve a one-time data collection covering the current information. Additionally, the dataset should be updated on a quarterly basis to ensure the accuracy of the information. Include insights on restaurant performance, such as customer reviews and ratings.
