Necesitamos crear un modulo de chat en una pagina WEB que no tenga limite de ingreso de usuarios pero que permita antes del uso su registro, las características adjuntamos en archivo excel como historia de usuario, necesitamos que el desarrollo este realizado sin utilizar wordpress o algun case sino con lenguaje de programación y BD para poder acoplar los siguientes módulos.
