Job Description: Tender Executive (Hospital Equipment & GEM Portal Management) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Tender Executive, specializing in filling tenders for OT tables and other hospital equipment on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tender documentation, government procurement processes, and hospital equipment requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tender Identification & Analysis: • Regularly monitor GEM and other relevant portals for upcoming tenders related to OT tables, hospital equipment, and other medical supplies. • Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions to ensure compliance. 2. Tender Preparation & Submission: • Prepare and compile all necessary documents, technical specifications, and financial details as per the tender guidelines. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders on the GEM portal. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs for technical and commercial bids. 3. Documentation & Compliance: • Maintain up-to-date records of all tenders, submissions, and their status. • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in tender submissions. 4. Communication & Follow-Up: • Liaise with clients, vendors, and government departments for any clarifications or updates related to tenders. • Follow up on tender results and feedback to enhance future submissions. 5. Market Research: • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities to strengthen bidding strategies. Requirements: • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or related domains). • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management, with hands-on expertise in GEM portal operations. • Strong knowledge of hospital equipment and OT table specifications is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and GEM portal functionalities. • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.
