Build basic website

I need a PPC Agency website built in Divi Theme. I have wpengine hosting, divi, cloudflare. It's setup and live right now with a 'coming soon' page. The website needs a homepage and blog pages. I'd like the developer to use the Divi Theme Builder so I can create templatized blogs. I like white and black, but am also thinking of using Google colors because I offer Google Ads. Lorem ipsum is ok as I'll do the copywriting. Someone who knows logo design would be helpful as well.
