I need a tailored, sans-serif typeface for use in a school book. This typeface should have a consistent, uniform x-height, to fit in a grid that shows how to write letters. Meaning each lower case letter should have the exact same height and so should every uppercase letter. No kerning is required.

Key Requirements:

- The typeface should be neutral in tone, suitable for a school setting without being overly playful or too serious.

- Experience in typeface design, particularly for educational materials, will be highly regarded.

- End result should be a usable font in OTF or TTF format
