Download and Upload Speed Test: Objective: Evaluate VPN performance for handling data uploads. Tools: Use Speedtest by Ookla or Fast.com. Run tests before and after connecting to the VPN, comparing results for nearby and distant servers. Record download/upload speeds in Mbps and calculate percentage losses compared to the baseline. Competitive Benchmarking: Use the same speed-testing tools and regional servers to compare the performance of our VPN with local competitors. Analyze how our VPN compares in terms of speed and reliability. Feedback: Provide feedback on the results of the competitive benchmarking. Identify areas where our VPN excels and areas that need improvement relative to competitors. Offer insights based on the findings to help improve performance or usability.
