Our mission is to build strong, long-lasting relationships with Freight Owner Operators across the United States. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in outbound calling and sales to help us expand our network of Owner Operators.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who thrives in an outbound calling environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record in outbound sales and a passion for building relationships in the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential Freight Owner Operators across the United States to introduce our services and generate leads.
Build rapport and effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our company.
Close sales by overcoming objections and securing new Owner Operator partnerships.
Maintain a high level of activity, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Develop a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate them to potential partners.
Track leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools to ensure follow-ups and manage relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new Owner Operators.
Qualifications:
Strong outbound calling experience in sales, preferably in freight, transportation, or logistics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage potential clients.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Comfortable working remotely with a strong self-management ethic and discipline.
Experience using CRM systems to track sales and customer interactions.
Knowledge of the freight industry, specifically Owner Operators, is a plus but not required.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
