Use the partially completed WBS and spreadsheet for the assignment following the instructions.
Input the task list and all relevant information to MS Project by following the steps according to the week 5 handout.
Make sure to follow this sequence (the order matters):
1- Revising the project plan based on the feedback given to you for part B
2- Finalising the project plan ensuring all the steps are followed correctly and as per instructions
3- Setting the baseline and status date in MS project
4- Update the project plan by determining progress of the tasks and making further changes when required
5- Preparing various reports (cash flow report and status report)
The aforementioned steps DOES NOT represent all the items required for part C. For a complete list of items to be included in your submission, you may refer to the assignment document and the marking guide.
