La sección de Balances tiene que funcionar de una forma muy simple: Los pagos que se hagan del día 1 de un mes al último día de ese mes tienen que quedarse registrados en ese mes. Por lo tanto, cada vez que se empiece un mes nuevo el Balance de cada Famoso tiene que empezar de 0. Así sabemos lo que factura cada famoso en cada mes del año. Y el famoso también desde su sección Estado de Cuenta, de la APP. Con todo esto en Balances tenemos que poder seleccionar los meses del año, el mes en curso y los años globales, así podemos llevar un control exhaustivo de la facturación. En la sección de BALANCES, la global de la zona administrativa: En esta sección que es la global de todos los famosos que tenemos facturando, solo necesitaría que funcionase por meses, por el mes en curso y por años. Como es una sección global con la información que hay actualmente es suficiente, solo habría que añadir: una columna de: PAGADO con un SI o un NO. una columna del VALOR (el bruto). Y en la parte inferior un sumatorio de todo lo facturado por todos en ese mes. Suma de todos los VALOR A PAGAR. Suma de todos los VALOR. Pero toda esta información tiene que ser acorde al mes en curso, o al mes que seleccione o al año global que seleccionemos. Luego en el balance PERSONAL de cada famoso: Necesitaría igualmente que funcione seleccionando por meses, por el mes en curso y por años. Por ejemplo: Tenemos que poder seleccionar un mes que ya ha pasado, y en ese mes poder ver: La cuadrilla de VALOR: el bruto facturado. La cuadrilla de PORCENTAJE DE RETENCION: que es el INDIVIDUAL que tiene aplicado ese famoso en concreto suponiendo que no tenga el porcentaje por DEFECTO que se les aplica a todos (20%). La cuadrilla de VALOR A PAGAR: que es el neto que hay que pagarle de ese mes al famoso. Valor – Porcentaje de retención. Una lista que figuren las compras de servicios que le han hecho en ese mes. Las transacciones básicamente. Lista de pagos que nos lleve al seleccionar un Pago a la sección de Pagos y a ese pago que hemos seleccionado. Una cuadrilla de PAGADO: en la que pongamos SI o NO. Para saber si ese mes se le ha hecho la transferencia al famoso. Una cuadrilla de RETIRO: en esta cuadrilla es para enlazar la sección de Retiros con la de Balances, de este modo en ese mes podemos tener claro que le hemos pagado y a la vez ver la transacción que hemos registrado en la zona de Retiros, con un solo clic nos llevaría a la transacción que previamente hemos registrado nosotros manualmente en la sección Retiros.
