I'm looking to create 3d renders of a smart alarm clock.
The smart alarm clock features a big display on the front (E-paper color), a speaker, physical buttons on the front (for navigation) (up, down, left, right, select, back, home), and a volume knob.
Other features:
- RGB LED lights on the back of the clock
- On the back face: USB-A, USB-C ports, 3.5 mm headphone jack, power cord port, and a microphone cut-off switch (privacy feature).
The clock design is modern, minimalist but has a simple, retro look. It is a rectangular prism shape. The screen is tilted at a slight angle upward (for better visibility).
The UI is simple and retro as well, inspired by the UI of the Pebble Smart Watches (company no longer exists). Please see attached photos for reference.
Also attached are photos of various alarm clocks. They are for inspiration. Please use the photos as inspiration, but do not copy those designs exactly.
The smart clock we are creating most closely resembles the Lenovo Smart Clock. Note how the display is tilted slightly upward. The design we are creating will not have such a steep angle of decline as the Lenovo clock (when viewing from the rear and rear angled views). The angle of decline will be very subtle, and the clock we are creating will resemble a sort of modified rectangular prism (due to upward tilted front display).
The size of the alarm clock. Rough estimate: 11-12 inches length, about 5-6 inches wide. The front display should be the size of a medium to large tablet (7-10 inches diagonal).
The UI will have widgets showing weather, time, music album art, notifications. The widgets (tiles) will be either square, or bigger square, or rectangle, forming a sort of Grid view.
The clock has an E-Paper (Not E-ink) color display (pretty high resolution), a backlight for the display (for night time viewing). The clock is black in color and has speaker grills on the left, right, and top faces of the clock.
For the final 3d renders, I'd like these views:
Front, Side, Rear, Front angled view, Rear angled view.
