We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Intimacy Educator to join our team. To excel in this role, you must be organized, professional, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and possess an in-depth knowledge of Intimacy Education and Coaching. Your main responsibilities will include the following:
Role Responsibilities:
Research & Digital Media Creation: Investigate various sex and intimacy topics to craft engaging digital media content.
Online Course Development: Create online courses covering diverse subjects, such as different types of orgasms, effective communication to enhance intimacy, overcoming sexual shame, sexual identity exploration, sexual health, self-pleasure techniques, oral sex skills, BDSM, ethical non-monogamy, and more.
Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate content across various platforms.
Group Coaching: Construct a structured framework for group coaching sessions and lead group coaching calls with clients.
Blogging: Produce insightful blog posts on relevant topics.
Email Marketing: Craft and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Marketing: Create compelling content for social media marketing.
Content Calendar Management: Develop, manage, and analyze a comprehensive social media content calendar.
Live Engagement: Engage with the audience through live sessions on social media platforms.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated and improve expertise through reading, video consumption, audio/podcast listening, training attendance, etc.
Social Media Management: Maintain our strong social media presence, including video post editing, posting, responding to comments/DMs, and managing advertisers and brand ambassadors.
Performance Measurement: Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns both internally and externally (with advertisers & brand ambassadors) and assess against predefined goals.
Community Management: Monitor posts and employ communications to moderate comments, address queries, and foster engagement on the company's social channels.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members on group projects.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sexual Education, Behavioral Health, Counseling or a relevant field.
At least a year of experience with Counseling or Coaching
Creating programs and/or online courses
Preferred Skills:
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys interacting on social media and is aware of popular social media trends
Self motivated and action oriented
Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work towards many company initiatives at once
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
