Description:
PRI Global is seeking an experienced independent consultant to provide expert guidance and support for our transition from Paylocity to Rippling. This role involves working closely with our internal team to maximize and optimize Rippling’s features and modules, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems, such as JobDiva (Applicant Tracking System), Microsoft Teams, AI tools, and Power Apps.
With our go-live date on January 2, 2025, we require a specialist who can provide strategic insights and post-go-live support to enhance efficiency across our global operations in the USA, India, and other regions.
Responsibilities:
1. Support and Optimization:
• Provide additional expert advice on Rippling’s features, including:
• Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Attendance, Expense Management, Device Management, LMS, Document Management, and Performance Management.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate these modules with systems like JobDiva for seamless workflow management.
2. Integration Guidance:
• Advise on integrating Rippling with Microsoft-based environments, including:
• Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• AI tools for automated workflows.
• Power Apps for customized applications tailored to PRI Global’s needs.
3. Global Deployment Support:
• Assist in aligning Rippling functionalities with local requirements for USA and India operations.
• Ensure compliance with global HR and payroll regulations.
4. Post-Go-Live Support:
• Provide advisory support after the January 2, 2025, go-live date to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
5. Strategic Recommendations:
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and recommend configurations for Rippling modules.
• Enhance integration between JobDiva and Rippling for better applicant tracking, onboarding, and payroll workflows.
Qualifications:
1. Required Experience:
• Proven expertise in working with Rippling, particularly optimizing features and integrating modules.
• Familiarity with Paylocity and its workflows is a plus.
2. Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and compliance requirements in the USA and India.
• Experience with integrations involving JobDiva, Microsoft Teams, AI tools, and Power Apps.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with global companies.
• Certification in Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
Job Details:
• Start Date: Immediate (to provide support as our internal team prepares for the go-live date).
• Duration: 1–3 months, with potential for extension.
• Location: Remote, with availability to work across USA and India time zones.
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
