IT security Java experts

We are looking for a Java expert that can work on an IT security project in Mozambique. It is a 80 working days project due to start at the end of March. Requirements: - Category and duration of equivalent experience: Category II: Expert; - Education: Master in IT related field; - Experience: A. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the IT security area; B. Certified by Oracle to implement the 3 solutions: Audit Vault security tools, Database Vault and Data Masking Pack version 12 c (include 3 certificate); C. Proven work experience of at least 5 years in the implementation (preparation, installation, customization and operation) of Oracle 11g (include Reference letter); D. Proven work experience of at least 5 years developing large systems using JBoss technologies 7, Apache HTTP Server, Web JEE, Java 7, Spring 2.0 / 3.0, Hibernate 3/4, JPA 2, EJB 2.1 / 3.0, Struts 1.0, SOAP Web Services; E. Proven work experience of at least 5 years in the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management (ETPM) 2.3; F. Knowledge of operating Unix / Linux systems, VMware virtualization systems, Storage systems NetApp and communications equipment and Cisco network; G. Proven experience in Database Management 11g (minimum 5 years), H. experience with similar IT support services in at least 3 different countries; I. Excellent communication skills;
