I need a very basic iPhone app - a black screen with 3 buttons, and a list.
Button 1: Scan
Button 2: Randomize
Button 3: Clear.

Here's how it should work.
Button 1: "Scan".
When the button is clicked, it opens the camera app to scan QR codes.
Once the app recognizes a QR code, it beeps, notes down the information and assigns it a number.
A list will accumulate with every scan, showing a number next to the information.
Here is an example of a list of scanned QR codes.

6. [login to view URL]
(Note: In this example, the QR codes were URL's, but it should work for any text).
(Note: I need to scan many QR codes, so the list should either be infinite, or, max 100).
Button 2: "Randomize".
Clicking this button will jumble up the list. The assigned number must remains with its corresponding text.
Example after clicking the randomize button:

Button 3: Clear.
Simply clears the list.
