PE NATIVE & WEB BASED APP

Hi All, I am looking for a Customized Website with the development of an application for Android/Blackberry/Windows based phones. 1) A CMS based website where multiple vendors can register with all necessary details and subscription fee and then start posting multiple offers with max length characters and high resolution images with specific time duration for single or multiple offers of their participating outlets with store locations and area of each specified location. 2) Need a web based application and a native phone based App which can be downloaded on every phone and user can access the offers of each participating outlet by connecting to the in-store wifi on their Android/ Windows/Blackberry phone. An option to also relay various advertisements from the central home website by the administrators for various forms of online shopping products of each participating store. This application needs some innovative though of the programmers, hands on experience and a good understanding of the process partners need apply with their skills and knowledge level. Cheers & Bye
