Develop a marketing site like Canva with Javascipt, CSS and the newest programing languages

I need a site that can not be developed on a word press or any similar system. It is similar to Canva. I have hundreds of editable templates for print and web that need added to the system, made where I can add unlimited users to edit the template designs then download or send to us for our printer. See screenshot of the current site to be duplicated. In the developer tools of the site, I am seeing Java Script and CSS is used, also reactjs and nodejs is used for front end and back end.
