Load the GeoTIFF: Open ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro. Use Add Data to load your GeoTIFF file into the map. Reclassify the Raster (if needed): In ArcGIS Pro, you can use the Reclassify tool found under Spatial Analyst Tools > Reclassify to reclassify the raster data. Convert Raster to Polygon: Open the Raster to Polygon tool found in Conversion Tools > From Raster. Select your raster layer and set the output feature class to a new shapefile. Greetings, GIS professional here with vast experience in land classification using satellite imagery, shapefiles creation with or without imagery analysis and of course, shapefiles correction with topology tools. Some of my experience comes from my past work with Partial Urban Development Programs, which required me to classify land following established guidelines and to fix topological errors in shapefiles that were provided by other team members. Also as a geologist, I have had to draw unique polygons, line and point features based on my own geological research, which was aided by the use of remote sensing techniques to identify and classify rock types and geomorphological features over large areas. Now, I do not work that much with Global Mapper PRO but I do work a lot with ArcGIS PRO, so it's not hard to accomplish what you need and I know how to do it.
