I'm looking for an experienced marketing specialist to enhance the visibility of our online technical services platform in Romania. Our core aim is to improve the brand's presence in the market, particularly among small businesses, and ”fighting” with another, around 30 similar platforms in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Business Plan and comprehensive marketing strategy that resonates with the target audience of small businesses in Romania.
- Implement and manage all marketing campaigns across various channels Google, Facebook, and Instagram but open to new strategic proposals to reach more customers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Start low but strategical with original content but inspired at the beginning by existing posts, blog articles and any other information available for a good start.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in marketing, particularly in the tech sector.
- Experience with online marketing and brand visibility strategies.
- Understanding of the Romanian market and its nuances.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Communication is the key so we must have a scheduled communication channel.
